Command and teach these things. Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.
1 Timothy 4:11-12
Our high school youth group meets every Sunday morning and Wednesday evening. We’ve created a relaxed, welcoming place where you can set your stress aside, be yourself, and build real friendships with other Christian teens your age—while growing closer to God.
A typical gathering starts with prayer, followed by time in Scripture that connects God’s Word to the issues you, and others your age, face: friendships, family, school pressure, questions about faith, and planning for the future. We also will divide into smaller groups so everyone has the chance to talk, ask questions, and share what’s really going on in their week in a more personal setting. Occasionally we will do “Whacky Wednesdays” with guest speakers, creative activities, and just-for-fun nights where we play games, laugh together, and build community.
Whether you’ve grown up in church or are just starting to explore what you believe, our high school group is a place where you are welcome, your questions are taken seriously, and you’re encouraged to discover what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.
